Grammarians Proclaim “Islamic Rage” Redundant Term

"The International Society for The Promotion of Proper Grammar (ISPPG) issued a statement today declaring the term “Islamic Rage” now met all of the qualifications of a classic redundancy.

“We’ve been watching this one closely,” said Grand Master of Needless Repetition Arthur Carter, “and recent events just brought a new level of clarity. Language is a living, breathing thing, and we must adapt. From now on, let it be known that the word “Islamic” will implicitly carry the notion of blind rage with it.”

According to Carter, there was one dissenting vote among the Society, from the Syrian representative, Mohamed Abdana. Upon hearing of the vote’s passage, Abdana began to beat himself with a Thesaurus in protest."
