Man Decapitates Hotel Duck

After allegedly ripping off the head a duck in the indoor pond of the Embassy Suites hotel, Scott D. Clark asked police if he was in trouble.

Yes, they said.

"Why?" he asked, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday. "Because I killed it out of season? Big deal, it's just a ... duck."
